3. Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One person/entity per account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
4. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors agree to:
Provide accurate qualifications and certifications
Maintain valid insurance and licenses where required
Deliver lessons as described in their listings
Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
Comply with all local laws and regulations
Not engage in misleading or fraudulent practices
5. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
Provide accurate contact information
Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
Follow safety instructions from instructors
Treat instructors with respect
Pay for services as agreed
6. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made directly between students and instructors
IyiHocalar facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions
Payment terms are set by individual instructors
Cancellation policies vary by instructor
IyiHocalar charges instructors an annual subscription fee
Instructors keep 100% of their lesson earnings
7. Platform Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for illegal purposes
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
Spam or send unsolicited communications
Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Scrape or collect user data without permission
Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
8. Content Guidelines
You retain ownership of content you post
By posting, you grant IyiHocalar a license to display your content
Content must not violate laws or third-party rights
We may remove content that violates these terms
Instructors are responsible for accuracy of their listings
9. Intellectual Property
IyiHocalar owns all platform branding, design, and code
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
Trademarks and logos are protected
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
We do not guarantee instructor qualifications or lesson quality
We are not responsible for interactions between users
Users engage with instructors at their own risk
11. Limitation of Liability
IyiHocalar is NOT liable for:
Injuries during lessons or activities
Disputes between students and instructors
Loss of data or business interruption
Third-party actions or content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to IyiHocalar in the past 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IyiHocalar harmless from claims arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of third-party rights
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be resolved through direct communication
Unresolved disputes will be handled through arbitration in Turkey
Turkish law governs these terms
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time
We may terminate accounts for violations
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends
Certain provisions survive termination
